Data Deletion Instructions

Citizeo is operated by Enavox Corporation ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to:

support@citizeo.com

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Citizeo account and include the following:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Your full name as it appears on your account
  • The login method you used (e.g., Facebook, email)

What We Delete

Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Any personal information you provided (name, email, etc.)
  • Data received from third-party login providers (e.g., Facebook)
  • Any preferences, saved pathways, or activity history

What We May Retain

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Records necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you

Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and expected timeline.
