Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This service is operated by Enavox Corporation d/b/a Citizeo ("Citizeo", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, use the Citizeo application, complete the discovery process, request help from an immigration professional, or use our staff or partner portals.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account and contact details — such as your name, email address, account credentials, communication preferences, and details you submit through signup, waitlist, contact, account, or support forms.
  • Discovery answers — such as citizenship, residence, birthplace, family history, ancestry, education, work, income, investment interests, goals, and other information you provide during the discovery process.
  • Sensitive discovery details — depending on the answers you choose to provide, this may include information about ethnicity, religion, historical persecution, immigration status, financial information, family relationships, or other sensitive personal information relevant to a pathway or request.
  • Uploaded documents and attachments — such as identity, family, education, employment, financial, immigration, or other documents you upload or provide to support a pathway review or consultation request.
  • Pathway and request information — such as pathway matches, dismissed pathways, saved pathways, consultation requests, specialist requests, status updates, messages, notes, and related request details.
  • Partner and staff portal activity — such as account activity, workflow actions, assignments, messages, notes, and other actions taken by staff, administrators, partner firms, or immigration specialists within Citizeo portals.
  • Technical and log data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, interactions with the site or application, cookies, log files, and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties — we may receive information from service providers, authentication providers, partner firms, or immigration specialists when needed to operate the service or respond to a request you initiated.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services.
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Generate pathway matches and help you understand citizenship and residency opportunities that may fit your profile.
  • Personalize resource pages, recommendations, pathway information, and user experience.
  • Manage consultation requests, specialist requests, partner handoffs, and related support workflows.
  • Support partner and staff portal workflows, including assignment, review, communication, and request management.
  • Communicate with you, including service updates, waitlist notifications, transactional emails, support messages, and responses to your inquiries.
  • Send marketing communications, where permitted by law and your preferences.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve site performance and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
  • Protect the security and integrity of our services, including preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.

You may opt out of marketing emails. We may still send transactional or service-related emails, such as account, discovery, consultation request, security, or support messages.

3. How We Share Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — with vendors who help us operate, host, secure, analyze, support, and improve our websites, application, communications, and services.
  • Partner firms and immigration specialists — when you request help, consent to a handoff, or otherwise ask us to coordinate assistance related to a pathway or consultation.
  • Citizeo staff and administrators — with authorized team members who need access to provide, operate, support, secure, and improve the service.
  • Legal, safety, and compliance purposes — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; enforce our terms; protect rights, privacy, safety, or property; or detect, prevent, or respond to fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction involving all or part of our business.

If you request assistance from an immigration professional, we may share your contact information, relevant discovery answers, pathway matches, uploaded materials, and request details with the partner firm or specialist involved in your request. These professionals may process your information under their own privacy practices.

If no partner is already assigned to a pathway, Citizeo staff may review your request to identify an appropriate specialist and coordinate a handoff.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our website, application, portals, and services — including but not limited to hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, security, storage, and customer support tools. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers to host and manage our services. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

Uploaded documents may contain sensitive personal information. We use them only to provide the requested service, evaluate pathway or consultation requests, support handoff to professionals when authorized, and maintain records where needed.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies — required for core site functionality, such as storing your cookie consent preference.
  • Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with our website and services. Analytics tools may collect usage information such as pages viewed, device/browser information, approximate location, referring pages, and interactions with the site.
  • Functional cookies — may be used to remember your preferences and improve your experience.
