Pathways to Morocco Residence and Citizenship
Morocco’s covered routes include employer-supported work, higher-education study, residence with a Moroccan spouse, an authorized local business, and visitor residence supported by independent means. Visitor residence may fit someone living on a pension, but it does not establish a right to work remotely. Buying property or registering a company alone does not grant residence.
The North Africa guide compares the covered options and links to their requirements.
