Eligibility
ICP lists these academic categories:
- UAE secondary school: at least 95% or the accepted equivalent, with an officially authenticated Grade 12 certificate and the required education authority recommendation.
- UAE university graduate: an accredited bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree, awarded within the last two years. The minimum GPA is 3.5 out of 4.0 for a Category A university or 3.8 for Category B.
- Foreign university graduate: a bachelor’s degree awarded within the last two years by a university in the Ministry of Education’s accepted top 100, with a GPA of at least 3.5 or equivalent.
The Ministry of Education must officially authenticate your qualification. Confirm the accepted university classification, ranking, and recommendation documents before applying.

What This Route Is Not
This is not the ordinary student residence visa. Admission to a UAE course or a strong academic record below the official category does not guarantee eligibility.
