France's Talent corporate-officer route is for certain legal representatives of a French establishment or business. It is a specific executive route, not a general manager visa.
The file generally needs proof of the French officer role, seniority in the same company group, and remuneration above the listed threshold.
Eligibility
You may be a fit if:
- You are not French or using EU/EEA/Swiss free-movement rights.
- You will occupy the position of legal representative in a French establishment or business.
- You have at least three months of seniority as an employee or corporate officer in the same group.
- The French role meets the current remuneration threshold, listed by Service-Public as at least three times the French minimum wage.
- You can provide the role, group, salary, identity, residence, and public-order documents.
What This Route Allows
If approved, the route can let you live in France and carry out commercial activity connected to the corporate purpose of the French business.
It can be useful for executives moving into a French legal-representative role within an existing group.
What This Route Is Not
This is not the same as ordinary employment, ordinary company ownership, or a founder route.
If you are creating a company, the Talent project-leader or Profession Liberale / Entrepreneur route may be a better fit. If you are transferring as an employee, the Talent employee or ordinary work-permit route may be more relevant.
