Eligibility
This pathway may fit when the following route-specific requirements are met:
- A qualifying transfer from a foreign employer to a bona fide connected Irish entity.
- An eligible senior-management, key-personnel, or trainee position.
- The current minimum remuneration, prior-employment period, and corporate-link requirements.
What This Route Allows
The permit supports temporary work at the connected Irish entity, normally for up to 24 months initially and up to the applicable maximum after renewal.
What This Route Is Not
It cannot permanently substitute for an Irish labor-market vacancy. It is generally excluded from long-term-residence accumulation and does not automatically give dependents work rights.
