Terms of Service

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This service is operated by Enavox Corporation d/b/a Citizeo ("Citizeo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Citizeo website at citizeo.com, the Citizeo application, discovery tools, staff and partner portals, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or request professional assistance. If you provide information about a minor or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Account Registration

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

If you access the Service on behalf of a firm, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to bind that entity where applicable.

3. Description of Service

Citizeo is a platform that helps users discover and explore global citizenship and residency pathways. We provide informational tools, personalized pathway recommendations, resource pages, discovery workflows, and connections to immigration professionals or partner firms. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes.

Citizeo may facilitate introductions or information-sharing with independent immigration professionals, law firms, consultants, or other specialists. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these professionals are not employees, agents, or representatives of Citizeo.

4. No Legal or Immigration Advice

The information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, tax, or other professional advice. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. Using Citizeo, completing the discovery process, viewing pathway information, submitting a consultation request, or being introduced to a professional does not create an attorney-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or similar professional relationship with Citizeo.

You are responsible for verifying information, reviewing official sources, consulting qualified professionals, and deciding whether to pursue any pathway.

5. Professional Referrals and Partner Firms

Citizeo may help connect you with independent immigration lawyers, consultants, law firms, or other specialists. These professionals are independent third parties and are solely responsible for their advice, services, fees, client intake, and professional obligations. Citizeo does not supervise or control their work and does not guarantee that any professional will accept your request, contact you, provide services, be available for a particular pathway, country, or matter, or achieve any result.

Citizeo may receive referral, lead-generation, sponsorship, or similar compensation from partner firms or professionals when users request assistance or become clients. This compensation does not increase the fees you pay unless disclosed separately. Any professional relationship is formed directly between you and that professional or firm, not with Citizeo.

Professionals we have reviewed for business fit remain responsible for their own advice, services, credentials, compliance, fees, and professional obligations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Submit fraudulent, altered, unauthorized, or misleading documents.
  • Misrepresent your identity, citizenship, residence, employment, finances, family relationships, or other facts relevant to a pathway or request.
  • Use the Service to evade or violate immigration laws, rules, procedures, or government requirements.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for another person or organization.
  • Upload documents or information that you do not have permission or legal authority to provide.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service without authorization.

You are responsible for ensuring that any documents or information you upload or submit are accurate, lawful to provide, and do not violate another person's rights.

7. Intellectual Property and User Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Citizeo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of information, answers, documents, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant Citizeo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, improve, secure, and support the Service, including generating pathway matches, supporting consultation requests, coordinating authorized handoffs, and maintaining records as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, professionals, law firms, consultants, or partner portals. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices, availability, advice, services, fees, or conduct of any third-party services or professionals. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Fees and Payments

Certain features or services offered through Citizeo may require payment. If applicable, pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be presented to you before any purchase. All fees are stated in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

Fees charged by third-party professionals, firms, consultants, or specialists are separate from Citizeo fees unless expressly stated. Citizeo is not responsible for third-party professional fees, billing practices, refunds, or payment disputes unless we expressly process or assume responsibility for those fees.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We work to provide useful and current information, but immigration laws, policies, forms, fees, and procedures can change, and we do not guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, or current. The Service may reference laws and programs in many countries. Availability, eligibility, and procedures may vary by consulate, agency, personal facts, and timing.

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Service, including eligibility for or approval of any citizenship, residency, or visa application.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enavox Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, opportunities, immigration benefits, travel plans, or professional outcomes, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Enavox Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your submitted information or documents, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination does not necessarily delete your account data, discovery data, documents, or records; deletion and retention are governed by our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. If changes are material or required by law, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
