Pathways to Rwanda Residence and Citizenship
Rwanda’s covered routes include supported employment, sector-specific business and investment permits, higher-education study, retirement on assured income, and joining a foreign resident spouse. A permit’s category determines the allowed activity and renewal requirements. An initial business permit should not be confused with a later long-term renewal category.
The East Africa and Indian Ocean guide compares the covered options and links to their requirements.
