Eligibility
This pathway may fit when the following route-specific requirements are met:
- An accepted investment-fund, company-capital, or qualifying owner/partner tax-contribution route.
- Official letters from the investment fund, company and licensing authorities, or Federal Tax Authority.
- Lawful source of funds, insurance, identity, security, and residence records required by ICP or the emirate authority.
What This Route Allows
Golden Residence is self-sponsored, renewable under the current rules, and generally permits residence, work, study, investment, and sponsorship of qualifying family members.
What This Route Is Not
A passive investment of the same nominal value outside an accepted structure does not qualify. Meeting the financial threshold does not guarantee nomination or approval.

- Obtain the required fund, corporate, or tax-authority certification.
- Prepare source-of-funds, identity, insurance, and residence records.
