Could this pathway work for you?

Eligibility

The employer must establish the project’s investment license and the foreign-worker approvals. Article 12 permits non-Iraqi workers where a suitably qualified Iraqi worker is unavailable; labor and investment-authority procedures still apply. The project supplies the official support and worker records, and you supply passport and personal documents. Coordinate entry and residence with the investment authority and immigration office; the entry request alone is not a residence permit.

From eligibility to the application
  1. Check the qualifying basis Confirm the local job and the employer’s support.
  2. Prepare the application Arrange the employment approvals and collect the employer and applicant records.
  3. Complete the required process Complete the required immigration process and follow the conditions on both permissions.

The responsible authority checks the evidence and decides the application.

What This Route Allows

Residence and employment for the role and period covered by the approvals.

What This Route Is Not

A job offer, business visit, or entry visa alone does not authorize employment. This route does not promise unrestricted job changes, permanent residence, citizenship, or work rights for accompanying family.

Next Steps

  1. Confirm the local job and the employer’s support.
  2. Arrange the employment approvals and collect the employer and applicant records.
  3. Complete the required immigration process and follow the conditions on both permissions.
