Summary

A supported local job can allow a foreign employee to live and work in Tuvalu under a Permit to Enter and Reside. The application combines the worker's Form 3 with the employer's Form 5 sponsorship and job details. The Principal Immigration Officer can request further records before deciding whether the position and applicant qualify.

The worker should confirm the approved employer, role, and dates before starting. Longer planned residence needs the specified medical and police documents, and extensions are restricted. The permit does not create unrestricted job changes or automatic work permission for relatives.
