UK Global Business Mobility is a group of temporary work routes for people being sent to the UK through an overseas employer, overseas business expansion, or qualifying service contract. The main routes include Senior or Specialist Worker, UK Expansion Worker, Service Supplier, Graduate Trainee, and Secondment Worker.
These routes are useful for business assignments, but most do not lead directly to settlement. They are not ordinary job-seeker routes.
Eligibility
You may be a fit if:
- You are not already a British or Irish citizen.
- You have an overseas employer, overseas business, or qualifying service-supplier arrangement.
- A UK sponsor can issue a Certificate of Sponsorship.
- The UK work fits one of the Global Business Mobility categories.
- You meet the relevant overseas-work, occupation, salary, contract, or professional-experience rules for that category.
- You meet identity, suitability, financial, and document requirements.
What This Route Allows
The route can allow temporary work in the UK for the sponsoring business or assignment. Dependants may be able to come in some cases.
