Pathways to Residency and Citizenship in Bermuda
Local employment, Bermuda College study, a qualifying spouse, independent support, or an approved investment can support a residence application. British citizenship alone does not establish local residence or work rights. The Work From Bermuda program is closed to new applications; ordinary nonworking permission should not be treated as a remote-work visa.
Residence permission does not itself grant citizenship.
