Depending on the category, the financial requirement may involve income, investment, property, or a family-reunification guarantee. Eligible family-reunification applicants are exempt from the investment guarantee; do not assume every applicant needs the same financial commitment.

You must also meet the continuing conditions and report to Immigration every five years.

What This Route Is Not

This does not restore citizenship or create dual citizenship. A family connection alone also does not settle which category or financial requirements apply.
