Prepare the project proposal, company registration, and any required Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency license or industry approval. Check that your business, foreign ownership, and personal role are allowed.

Show that your funds came from lawful sources and were transferred as required. Include equipment-import records where relevant, tax-compliance evidence, your passport, recent police clearance, and a radiology report—the required medical imaging report.
