Eligibility

You must qualify as a founder of a company with current IT Park resident status. Prepare documents showing both the company’s registration in the program and your founder role.

Apply through the official process for a personal IT Visa recommendation. The income test for the ordinary IT-specialist category is a different requirement and should not be assumed to apply to this founder category.

IT Park company status does not by itself grant the founder a visa.

What This Route Allows

After the recommendation and visa approval, an IT Visa can allow a temporary stay of up to three years, with the program’s applicable exemption from a separate work permit.

The company must still meet its business, tax, and IT Park requirements. Your visa does not remove those responsibilities.

What This Route Is Not

Company registration does not automatically give you immigration permission. This is not a general startup visa for an unapproved idea or a grant of permanent residence.

Even with an approved IT Park company, you still need the personal recommendation and visa process. Family members need their own appropriate permission.
